Drive, Patio and Conservatory Cleaning Services

Jetall Ltd provides a professional cleaning service for all types of hard surface both for domestic and commercial customers. Using the latest in high pressure rotary cleaning equipment, we are able to provide high quality cleaning of block paving, crazy paving, patios, pathways, decking, forecourts, swimming pool surrounds, conservatories, brick work and all other hard surfaces.

With over 25 years experience in the building and maintenance trade, we offer exterior hard surface cleaning to such a high standard that once we have finished your driveway or patio it will have that as new look to it. We pride ourselves on the standard of our workmanship and quality of the work that we carry out, since we are only as good as our last job.

When cleaning is complete we can carry out the following services if required. (At additional cost)

 

Block Paving Maintenance

Weed killer An application of sodium chlorate is sufficient to suppress weed growth For a four to five month period, we can quote for a weed control application Plan, two applications a year is sufficient.
Re-sanding Once the high pressure cleaning is complete the area can be brushed with a kiln dried sand to replenish joints and rejoin the paving, giving the area a brand new look.
Sealing An additional finish we can provide for your block paving is the application of a hard wearing acrylic copolymer sealant. The advantage of applying a Sealant to the block paving following high pressure cleaning is that it Serves to suppress further weed growth and resist oil and grease staining. The sealant can be applied in a matt or gloss finish.

Repairing of Damaged and Sunken Areas

 

Due to our background in construction, we are able to offer the repair of any damaged or sunken areas that your block paving may have suffered.

By removing the block paving from the affected area we can make good the ground and replace the original blocks where possible before brushing in a new covering of kiln dried sand.

However, if your blocks have suffered any damage, there is little alternative than to have them replaced. We will endeavour to find the closest match to your existing paving.
